Hiring of International Essential Start-Up Personnel

On Tuesday March 29th, in collaboration with The Netherlands Point of Entry (NPE) the IWCN will be organising an info session on hiring essential startup personnel.

Starting and growing an innovative company is often a complex, risky and costly process. For startups as a growing business, it is essential to hire personnel with the right, -often technical- knowledge. The residence permits for highly skilled migrant or start-up do not match with the way start-ups bind personnel to their company in this growth phase. The key employee permit allows startups to attract the employees that are essential for the growth of their company. In June 2021 a pilot was launched that should make it easier for innovative start-ups to hire foreign personnel with a special expertise.

During the presentation speaker & speaker from NPE and speaker from the IWCN will will explain the details of this visa scheme, describe the routes how to hire International personnel and will answer all questions you might have! You can join the event online or on location, where you will have the opportunity to meet other start-ups from the area.
