VentureClass with Mark Vletter

VentureClass is here to teach you all about the mistakes and successes of an experienced entrepreneur. Open to everybody interested in entrepreneurial venturing!

Mark Vletter is a rebel with a cause and founder of a few fast growing companies, like VoysSpindleVoIPGRID.

He fights for an open and free internet.

This VentureClass is the first since the relaxation of the Corona-regulations to be in person. At the end of the event, you will have an opportunity to network with drinks and snacks.

About Mark

About 12 years ago, Mark Vletter developed a product that radically changed the telecom world: telephony in the cloud.

They brought the innovative product to the market under the name Voys. Today, Voys has over 50 employees, has offices in three countries and is the cloud telecom provider for over 13.000 companies in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and South Africa. The cloud telephone exchange has developed further in Devhouse Spindle.

In 2003, Mark set up the 48percent.org foundation to ensure that the last 48% of the world's population also has unlimited access to modern communication. Both Voys and Devhouse Spindle work according to the principles of Holacracy.

“A holacracy is a system for managing a company where there are no assigned roles and employees have the flexibility to take on various tasks and move between teams freely. Basically everyone is their own boss.”

Besides that, Mark Vletter is also a keynote speaker, blogger and columnist both about working without managers and a job description (Voysmodel/Holacracy), and about digital transition and entrepreneurship.

On 28 October, Mark Vletter will share his stories about these endeavors in the VentureClass, so don't miss out on this great opportunity!
